This can include everything from involvement within the selection process, assessing suitability for the employee and family to undertake an international assignment, all the way through the relocation programme itself to assisting with the repatriation and re-integration into the home country.

A menu approach may be taken, utilising the aspects of the service which are most appropriate to you. Elements include:

  • Full expenses management – handling all costs of accommodation and other claims during the assignment,
  • Providing a buddying service, both for the employee and family to ensure that they settle into their new community happily,
  • Maintaining a 24-hour support service for emergencies or assistance both with:

    • o Local domestic or property matters
    o Essential medical matters
    o Imminent evacuation due to adverse or deteriorating local conditions.

  • Provision of a first point of contact for the employee for all matters relating to the assignment.
