The Senior Management Team of ABC Relocation has been involved in some of Europe’s largest Group Moves, amounting to several thousand individuals over a number of years.

In particular, John Blakeway has spoken on this subject at a number of Relocation Conferences and is a recognised authority.

We are able to assist from the very outset in breaking the news to the workforce and managing and arranging the announcement process. We will then assist in all aspects of the programme, carefully and thoroughly identifying costs and potential issues which may arise.

We have extensive experience in developing communications with employees whether this be by way of a regular newsletter or establishment of an information room. Orientation tours can be arranged for groups, no matter what distance is involved, to allow both employees and their families to come to an informed decision before accepting the move. In carrying out such orientations, we involve numerous suppliers and parties in the new location, such as Realtors, Schools, other Employers and Recruitment Agencies

Group Moves have their distinct problems whether there be six employees or six hundred involved. In all circumstances there has to be a common policy in place to maintain consistency and controlling costs whilst also recognising that every family and their own circumstances are different.
