Tenancy Management
ABC Relocation provides a comprehensive support and administration service for the duration of an assignee’s tenancy.
This service will include;
- Payment of all property related costs, including rent, insurances and utility bills,
- Liaison with the Letting Agent and/or Landlord with regard to any property issues or repairs required,
- Management of any issues arising from the Lease Agreement,
- Renewal of the lease as necessary or serving Notice of intention to terminate.
